After You Hit Send
What happens next.
Sending a form into a website usually means waiting and wondering. Here is exactly what follows, so you know what you have signed up for before you fill in a single field.
01
We call you back
Your request comes straight to us, and we call you back during business hours. We are open Monday to Saturday. If it is easier to reach you by text or email, say so in the form and that is how we will follow up. Nothing is booked until you have spoken to someone.
02
We book your evaluation
Your first appointment is 45 to 60 minutes, one on one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Not fifteen minutes with an aide while the room is shared with everyone else on the schedule. You get the full session, and the person who evaluates you is the person who treats you at every visit after.
03
You leave with a plan
By the end of that first visit you will know what is driving your symptoms, what we intend to do about it, and roughly how long it should take. Typical plans run two to three visits a week for four to six weeks. You get an honest estimate, not a sales pitch.
No referral, no surprise bill
You do not need a doctor's note to start. Texas is a direct access state, so you can book an evaluation without seeing a physician first. Fittees is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna and Medicare. If you have different insurance, we give you a detailed superbill to submit to your insurer for out-of-network reimbursement. There is no billing department calling you months later with a number you never agreed to.
Four ways to be seen
Care can happen at the clinic in Sachse, in your home, at your gym, or by video consultation. If getting to an appointment is the thing standing between you and starting, tell us on the call and we will work out which of the four fits your week.
