Directions, hours, and everything you need to book your first visit at our Sachse clinic. One location, one Doctor of Physical Therapy, and no referral required to walk in the door.
You will find us on South State Highway 78 at Unit 300 (inside Fitness Xpress). Parking is out front. If it is your first time, call from the lot and we will point you to the right door. We are open Monday to Saturday, and appointments are the reliable way in, so call ahead rather than dropping by.
You have probably rested it, stretched it, and watched it come back the moment you did the thing you actually wanted to do. That is not a discipline problem. It is usually a diagnosis problem, and this is how we go at it.
Your first visit is a full, hands-on evaluation with Dr. Egbuzie. She listens to your history, watches how you move, and tests until the source of the pain gives itself up. You leave that session knowing why you are feeling pain or discomfort in the first place, and what recovery realistically asks of you.
Chasing symptoms buys you a good afternoon. We go after the cause instead. Manual therapy, targeted movement, and a plan built for your body settle the irritated tissue and correct the pattern that irritated it. Every technique has a reason behind it, and you will be told the reason as it happens.
Once the pain is out of the driver's seat, we rebuild. Progressive strengthening teaches your body to handle the real demands of your day, your job, and your sport. This is the part that keeps the problem from coming back, and it is why you leave with a program rather than a follow-up appointment.
Women's health is a priority at our clinic, and pelvic health is a specialty of the practice, not a service we list and hope nobody asks about. Pelvic floor pain, discomfort, and dysfunction are far more common than the silence around them suggests, and they respond to skilled physical therapy.
Care is compassionate, expert, and completely private: one on one with Dr. Egbuzie, in a room with the door closed, with a clear explanation of what is happening and what the plan is to change it. If you have been told this is simply what happens to bodies, it is worth a second opinion.
You do not need a referral and you do not need the right vocabulary. Describe what you are experiencing in your own words when you call or fill out the form, and we will take it from there.
